1) When can I expect delivery?
Delivery will be made 10 working days after validation of payment. Generally this period is shorter, i.e. 5 to 6 working days. Our teams are reinforced during the end-year period to respond more quickly to demand and to keep the delivery time as short as possible.
2) How much will it cost?
With Bestonit you will not be faced with unpleasant surprises in the form of hidden surcharges or costs. The amount you see is what you pay! Moreover, the transport costs are included in the price!
3) How can I pay?
For all countries: Visa and MasterCard, and soon the PayPal system.
For France: Cartes Bleues Visa/Eurocard/MasterCard.
For Belgium: Bancontact/MisterCash.
4) Are the transactions secure?
The transactions made on www.bestonit.com are protected by the Ogone payment system (www.ogone.com). All information exchanged when processing the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This information cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. What's more, this information is not saved on our computer systems.

5) Are Bestonit beanbags available in the shops?
The Bestonit concept is based fully on our E-Shop. We do not have a real shop, which allows us to offer original, high quality beanbags at low prices.
6) Can I contact Bestonit via telephone?
Yes. Fill in the contact form, ask your question, indicate your telephone number and the best time to contact you. One of our employees will be in contact with you shortly.
7) Are Bestonit beanbag safe?
Bestonit products are manufactured in Europe and meet the strictest safety standards on the market. All of our products meet the European quality and safety requirements.
8) How can I best maintain the fabric?
All of our fabrics are extremely resistant to stains and wear, but can be cleaned when needed with normal cleaning products. Beanbags in leatherette require no maintenance.
9) Problems in navigating the website or in placing an order?
If possible, try to order from a different computer (at work, at friend's, etc.). Your computer may have a virus, be unstable or not be up to date.
Otherwise, fill in the contact form, describe the problem, briefly describe your computer system (operating system version: Windows XP, Vista or Mac – browser version: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari or other – type of Internet connection), indicate your telephone number and the best time to contact you. Our technical staff will be in contact with you shortly. Our remote assistance tools even give us direct access to your system to solve your problem.
